Refund policy

Due to items being personalised and made to order no refunds will be issued once the item has been made. If you receive your item damaged in the post please send us photographic evidence and we will be more than happy to send you a replacement free of charge.

If you have made a mistake or need to cancel your order please email us immediately after payment has been made so that we can intercept the order and change/cancel it before it is created. www.sales@laserllamadesigns.com
