For items that are to be posted we use the Royal Mail's postage service and send them 1st class

If you choose to collect your item in person you must do so within 30 days of the item being ready for collection, which we will notify you of via email. Failure to do so may result in your item being sent for recycling as we do not have the space to store it for you for a long period of time.
