These beautiful charts are a great way to track you weight loss a reach your goal. They are available with different weight loss goals from 1 Stone to 3 Stone.

The are personalised with you name and have a hole to place a £1 coin for each Lb in weight you lose. It is a great incentive to stick to the diet and see your weight loss progress.

The charts is made from oak veneer with the MDF back which shows the number of Lbs and Stones you have lost.

Charts for 1 to 5 Stone loss have 1/2 stone per row (7 £1 coin holes)
